The hotel staff were amazing, always friendly and ready to help. The breakfast selection was decent and reasonably priced. The hotel's location was perfect for our city break, with easy access to the zoo and good bus links to the city center. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised that parking was free!
The pool and facilities had limited time slots and were quite dirty and dated. The rooms looked freshly painted, but the carpets and furniture were old and worn out.
